2. Hardware warranty

Consoles, VR headsets and accessories carry the full manufacturer warranty. Items that arrive dead-on-arrival (DOA) or faulty are replaced at no cost.

• Manufacturer warranty as stated by the brand (typically 12–24 months).
• Free replacement for DOA items reported within 14 days.
• Original packaging and accessories should be kept for warranty claims.

4. Region & compatibility

Product pages state any region lock or platform requirement. Please check compatibility before activating a key — activated keys tied to the wrong region/platform may not be eligible for a refund.
