Returns

1. Digital goods

Because keys and codes are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, they are non-refundable once revealed — except when a key is faulty or fails to activate, in which case we replace it or refund you in full.

2. Physical goods

Consoles, accessories and merch can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Faulty or damaged items are always eligible for return or replacement.

3. How to start a return

• Contact support with your order number and the reason for return.
• We send return instructions and, for faulty items, a prepaid label.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Once received and checked, we process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Loyalty points used on the order are returned to your balance.
