1. Placing an order

Add items to your cart and check out. Sign in to earn and spend loyalty points, or check out as a guest. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number.

2. Redeeming a key

• Open the platform client (Steam, Epic, PSN, Xbox, etc.).
• Go to "Activate a product / Redeem code".
• Enter the key from your account or confirmation email.
• The game is added to your library — download and play.

3. Payments & orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. If a payment fails, try again or use another method; if you were charged without an order, contact support with the details.

4. Account & addresses

Manage your profile, orders, favourites and saved shipping addresses from your account. Saved addresses can be reused at checkout in one click.
